Jacobi Holland and Lulu Tsui were just a couple of entrepreneurs who were independently working on cannabis software startups when they were introduced in New York. They quickly bonded over technology, entrepreneurship, and cannabis and soon started sharing intel from their on the ground experiences in Colorado and Washington. They decided to create a platform together to introduce East Coast professional communities to the amazing innovations that are happening in legal cannabis markets.
Jacobi is a "canna-tech” entrepreneur. As founder of Dutch Compass, a business intelligence, software and data consulting firm for the cannabis industry, Jacobi has used his background in mathematics to help companies create value in technology and data throughout the emerging cannabis space.
Spiraling from opportunities as a consultant, Jacobi has also started Jade Insights, a business intelligence web-app for cannabis operators. Rooted in all that he does, Jacobi is determined to advocate for medical marijuana patient access and to ensure the legal cannabis industry is equitable to victims of the War on Drugs.
Lulu is a seasoned product designer and founder of Hyperlicious Design Studio, an UX design consultancy.
Lulu’s unique skillset has helped create AMBR, a software service designed to support the highly specialized needs of cannabis manufacturers of concentrated products.
With 15+ years of experience leading research, strategy and design for enterprise software, Software as a Service, mobile and touchscreen technologies, Lulu has designed entire enterprise systems and introduced cross platform mission critical mobile apps for clients such as, Bloomberg LP, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, John Hopkins University, Roche, Thermo Fisher, E2Open, Contact Solutions, Pearson, and McGraw-Hill.

Heather Carter - Director of Communication
Heather is the director of communications at REVEL. With over seven years of communication experience in healthcare and tech, her transition into cannabis was seamless. Heather oversees all of the public relations and social media efforts by developing communication strategies that help advance REVEL's efforts to educate and raise awareness. .
Outside of REVEL, she is a correspondent at Take Detroit, an active member of Motor City NORML, and a yoga instructor. With a passion for cannabis and wellness, Heather is an advocate for the medicinal properties of the cannabis plant.
