Jacobi Holland and Lulu Tsui were just a couple of entrepreneurs who were independently working on cannabis software startups when they were introduced in New York. They quickly bonded over technology, entrepreneurship, and cannabis and soon started sharing intel from their on the ground experiences in Colorado and Washington. They decided to create a platform together to introduce East Coast professional communities to the amazing innovations that are happening in legal cannabis markets.

Jacobi is a "canna-tech” entrepreneur. As founder of Dutch Compass, a business intelligence, software and data consulting firm for the cannabis industry, Jacobi has used his background in mathematics to help companies create value in technology and data throughout the emerging cannabis space.
Spiraling from opportunities as a consultant, Jacobi has also started Jade Insights, a business intelligence web-app for cannabis operators. Rooted in all that he does, Jacobi is determined to advocate for medical marijuana patient access and to ensure the legal cannabis industry is equitable to victims of the War on Drugs.

Lulu is a seasoned product designer and founder of Hyperlicious Design Studio, an UX design consultancy.
Lulu’s unique skillset has helped create AMBR, a software service designed to support the highly specialized needs of cannabis manufacturers of concentrated products.
With 15+ years of experience leading research, strategy and design for enterprise software, Software as a Service, mobile and touchscreen technologies, Lulu has designed entire enterprise systems and introduced cross platform mission critical mobile apps for clients such as, Bloomberg LP, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, John Hopkins University, Roche, Thermo Fisher, E2Open, Contact Solutions, Pearson, and McGraw-Hill.

HEATHER CARTER - Director of Communication
Heather is the director of communications at REVEL. With over seven years of communication experience in healthcare and tech, her transition into cannabis was seamless. Heather oversees all of the public relations and social media efforts by developing communication strategies that help advance REVEL's efforts to educate and raise awareness. .
Outside of REVEL, she is a correspondent at Take Detroit, an active member of Motor City NORML, and a yoga instructor. With a passion for cannabis and wellness, Heather is an advocate for the medicinal properties of the cannabis plant.
DAWN SICILIANI - Director of Strategic Partnerships
Dawn is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Revel, where she is introducing commercial brands and entrepreneurs to the possibilities of a burgeoning new market. A 20+ year veteran of the luxury fashion industry, where she worked with companies including Alexander McQueen, Valentino, Victoria Beckham, AllSaints and DIESEL, her skills in branding, sales, and business development have translated well to her role of exploring opportunities and bringing new partners to Revel. A born connector with a personal passion for health and wellness, she is dedicated to diversifying the cannabis landscape through outreach and education.
RYAN SCOTT - Director of Business Development
Ryan Scott focuses on sponsorship development and fund raising for Revel and its events series. Ryan specializes in business development, strategic partnerships, and new market positioning.
Most recently, Ryan served as the Director of Business Development for New Frontier Data. New Frontier’s proprietary approach to data, meta-tagging, and analysis make it possible for investors, policy makers, researchers and operators to make informed decisions in the cannabis industry while minimizing risk – all based on authoritative and trusted intelligence.
Ryan previously served as a Senior Vice President at Blaylock Van, Next Street, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and ProsharesRyan went on to complete his M.B.A. at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
Additionally, Ryan is the cofounder of IMPACT, the Washington, DC-based nonprofit, which acts to promote civic engagement and economic success among young professionals of color. Ryan is a former college basketball athlete who now enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and yoga.
PETER MERCADO - Project Manager (And Resident Cannabinoid Expert)
Peter Joel Mercado-Reyes serves as On the Revel’s Project Manager. He is a neuroscientist based in New York City. He believes cannabinoid-based therapeutics are revolutionizing modern healthcare and pharmaceutical development. He fights for equity, sustainability and safety in the emerging industry.
